What You Need

Here are the things that you are going to need to make fruity Oreo milkshake:

  • Glass
  • Shaker
  • Blender
  • Milk (low fat milk is preferable)
  • 2 scoop of low fat ice cream (vanilla or strawberries flavor is preferable, but you can go with any flavor)
  • Blueberries, Raspberries and Strawberries

How to Make

Here are the steps to make fruity Oreo milkshake:

  • Prepare a blender, and make sure it is plugged. Make sure the blender is completely clean. 
  • Put 2 scoop ice cream in the blender.
  • Pour 100ml of dairy milk into the blender.
  • Cut the fruits into smaller pieces, then put it all together in the blender. You will need to cut the strawberries into 3 parts, but for raspberries and blueberries you do not have to cut it.
  • Turn on the blender on to blend everything. Once it is blended, turn off the blender.
  • Pour the blended ice cream and milk into a shaker. You may add a small amount of sweetener, but I suggest you not to.
  • Shake the shaker for a while, 2-3 minutes. Then pour it to a glass. Lastly crush the Oreo on top of it.
  • It is ready to serve and drink. You can eat this along with your lunch or cookies in the evening. It is completely healthy and will not get you fat.
